I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe space to explore and process their experiences. I have clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, ODD, DMDD, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience working with addiction and substance abuse. I practice with treatment modalities that include: CBT, DBT, ACT, and I will soon be able to offer EMDR treatment.

I provide family therapy for families who are looking to strengthen their bonds through improving communication skills and strengthening healthy boundaries.

I am currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurances, at this moment I am accepting self-pay clients. Please get in contact for rates and if there are changes in insurances that are accepted.

Hello! My name is Sydney, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and I received my masters in clinical mental health counseling from Idaho State University in 2023. I have been in practice for about two years and have enjoyed all of the experiences this job has brought me. In my free time I am a big fan of running with my dog Geno, as well as getting outside whether it be fishing or hiking.
